Another heaven on this earth is Rishikesh, beautiful city in UTTRAKHAND. It is 20-22 km far away from Haridwar. It is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India, it is known as the “Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas” and “Yoga capital of the world”.

Rishikesh Railway station is hardly 3-4 km far away from  RAM JHULA AND LAXMAN JHULA. Bus stand is also near to the railway station. So, you can prefer walk to reach at Ram Jhula and Laxman jhula. In this way, you can enjoy the view of markets coming in the way of Ram jhula and Laxman jhula.

There is market too, from where you can buy stuff like holy books, dvd’s, spiritual books etc.There are number of markets in Rishikesh. Rishikesh’s market is famous for jewellery and sandalwood.
